Every home is different. Sill depths vary, windows face different directions, and the light changes from room to room. I give you good, better and best options and explain exactly how to get there.

Fabrics need to be seen in person, in your home. You'll see the true opacity in your own windows and how each fabric looks next to your paint, floors and furniture. A showroom simply can't show you that.

Not everything needs to be motorized. That's your choice. The one exception: anything 10 feet or more off the ground should be motorized. If you'd rather not motorize, or a window is too narrow for a motor, an extension pole is the alternative.

Custom window treatments involve dozens of measurements and decisions. Buying them online without an expert in your home is how costly mistakes happen.
