Jennifer Wells is the Owner and Lead Designer of Smart Blinds + Shades, with over 20 years of experience and a second-generation background in the window covering industry, serving residential and commercial clients throughout Las Vegas. Raised in a family where technology, systems, and sales expertise ran deep, Jennifer developed a natural ability to balance structure, strategy, and client relationships.

After working for the largest shop-at-home window covering company in the industry, Jennifer became the number one salesperson in Las Vegas throughout her tenure. That experience gave her a clear, behind-the-scenes understanding of large corporate systems — what works, what doesn’t, and where clients are often limited and led her to starting SB+S of Las Vegas.
